In 1988, Gary Van Dyke, along with his wife Tammy, started doing concrete flat work. The two of them made a great team and some of their first projects were done with just the two of them working on driveways, garages, sidewalks, etc. In 1997, concrete pumping was added as an offered service for customers, and concrete lifting began in 2008 to round out VDC’s comprehensive service list. Second generation of Van Dyke’s bought the company from Dad, Gary, in July of 2022, but Tammy has stayed on board to manage many of the concrete lifting estimates.
